Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are open to replace any broken or non-working clock with original invoice within 7 Days of delivery.
Please return clocks with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the article.
Customer needs to return the clock via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Exchange request will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the clock.
Delivery of the replaced clock will be as per delivery time of that article.
